At Aurike, all of our products are made-to-order and shipped internationally. Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or resell returned products.
Additionally, for a small number of non-custom items, due to high international shipping costs and import duties, returns are also not supported.
We kindly ask that you carefully confirm your order details before purchasing. If you are unsure, please consult our customer service team or consider placing a small test order first. Once an item is sold and produced, returns are not accepted.
However, if your product arrives with a quality issue or is damaged due to logistics, we are happy to offer a free remake to ensure you receive a proper, working product.
