Order Process

  1. Take Measurements – Use our Measuring Guide to take accurate measurements.
  2. Online Ordering – Place your order using the measurements you've taken.
  3. Order Confirmation Email – You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and assigned to the factory.
  4. Production & Shipping – We manufacture and ship your order once production is complete. A tracking number will be sent to you.
  5. Signature Confirmation – Upon delivery, please inspect the package and sign to confirm receipt.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days depending on your location. Business days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Motorized Products: Due to their complexity, motorized products may require additional time for processing and delivery. Please allow extra time for these orders.

Shipping to Different Regions

We offer shipping to the following regions:

  • United States: Available for most products,  Additional customs duties may apply. Delivery time: 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

  • Canada: Available for most products. Additional customs duties may apply. Delivery time: 7-12 business days.

  • European Union: Available for most products. Delivery time: 7-12 business days. Additional customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Available for most products. Delivery time: 7-15 business days. Additional customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Asia: Available for most products. Delivery time: 5-12 business days.

  • Other Markets: We currently do not ship to certain countries due to logistical constraints. Please check during checkout to confirm availability.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments to certain regions (e.g., the European Union, Canada, Australia, and Asia), customs duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country’s customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to check with their local customs authorities for information on customs duties and taxes before placing an order.

Shipping Options

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery, usually within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Chinese New Year Delay

Please note that during Chinese New Year, both production and shipping may experience delays of 8-10 days. We advise customers to place orders in advance or consider the potential delays during this holiday season.
