Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects.
However, if the issue is caused by Aurike — such as manufacturing errors, wrong sizes, or material issues — we are committed to resolving it by:
Offering a partial refund, or
Remaking the defective product parts, or
Remaking the full product, depending on the case.
To process this, you must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue and confirming it is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect sizing or assembly).
If the issue is due to the customer’s own error (such as providing incorrect measurements), Aurike offers the option to remake the product at a 50% product cost, plus shipping.
If you purchased a finished, non-customized product and wish to return it for reasons not caused by Aurike, the following conditions apply:
You must return the product at your own shipping cost to our designated warehouse.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend contacting our customer service before any return to ensure the product qualifies.
If the issue was caused by our mistake, such as product defect or shipping damage:
We will offer to resend the correct item, or
Provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
