At Aurike, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we offer a clear return and refund policy.
Custom Products:
For all custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. The reason for this policy is that custom items are tailored specifically to your requirements, and once shipped, they cannot be resold. Additionally, shipping costs for custom products cannot be refunded.
Other Products:
For other products that are not custom-made, we do accept returns and refunds within the 7 days time frame.
Refunds:
If the product you receive has incorrect dimensions or issues caused by Aurike, we will either offer a refund or a remake at no additional cost.
If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
How to Request a Refund or Return:
Please provide evidence of the defect by sending clear photos or a video along with a description of the issue.
Send the evidence to service@aurike.com or contact us through the online chat for assistance.
Logistics Issues:
If the issue is caused by logistics (e.g., product damage during shipping), please do not accept the delivery. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging to retain evidence. We can then file a claim with the carrier. You will have the option to either request a remake or receive a full refund.
